A result oriented professional, MSW (HR) with 16+years’ experience in the HR in social sector.  Successfully managing the UN & Government programs in Maharashtra with close collaboration with Government of Maharashtra, Leading the Key Account Management and Large Assignments. Rajesh holds an MSW with Specialized in Human Resource from the Walchand College of Solapur

Mr. Laxmipati Yeldi- Vice-President

An active Social Volunteer currently associated with Sanjay Gandhi Niradhar Yojana as a Committee Member. Apart from that actively works in organizing camps for Blood donation, Eye Checkup etc.

Ms. Saleha Sayyed- Executive Program Director

Saleha is the Executive Director and Head of the Aradhya Foundation, and she is responsible for giving strategic direction to the Foundation as well as guiding its overall development. Saleha holds an MSW with Specialized in Family & Child Welfare from the Walchand College of Solapur.

Mr. Vinayak Bamne- Jt.Secretary

Vinayak is the Jt. Secretary closely working with Secretary and responsible for take over the project activities in absence of Secretary and smoothly run the program.  Vinayak holds an MSW with Specialized in Family & Child Welfare from the Walchand College of Solapur

Mr. Sidram Yeldi- Treasurer/ Executive Director Finance

A Financial Management expert in Outsourcing services and transaction based services. He has more than 15years experience in the HR Management and operation management domain. He led the company’s CSR operation with multiple clients. He has the expertise of designing the financial management and operational processes for individual client’s mandate. He has been guiding Aradhya for accounting systems. Sidram holds B.com, MCA from Bharati Vidhyapeeth Pune.

Nabajyoti Das: Committee Member

A senior Management professional and HR practioner an IIM–Kolkata alumini with more than 20 years of Consulting experience. He worked in Corporate HR role for 7 years and founded SPC in 2004. His interest to work in the development sector has led to many successful consulting interventions in the Indian development sector. He is leading the outsourcing service delivery of SPC to various Government, UN agencies and corporate sector.

Vitthal Halasangi - Secretary

The position of Secretary has wide-ranging responsibilities, he is the one who has the role of disseminating information to all members and stakeholders, giving proper notice of any meetings and timely distribution of materials such as agendas and meeting minutes. Additionally, the Secretary is the custodian of the organization’s records and related materials. The Secretary is expected to work in close co-operation with the Chair as he compliments the Chair’s work and helps him discharge the duties effectively. Vitthal holds an MSW with Specialized in HRM from the Karnataka University.

Dr. Irani is very senior Veteran Neonatologist, working with UNICEF and Government of  Maharashtra in areas of Early Childhood Development, Nutrition and New born health  in a Public Health setting
